My name is Craig Glendenning and I want to share with you my journey from being 120 pounds overweight to being in the best shape of my life. I eating fast food and commuting in Los Angeles traffic for years which put me in the hospital multiple times. I did not realize that I was fighting my own natural compulsions, tendencies, attributes and beliefs and by aligning my approach with these forces in my life, I was able to enact sustainable change. I lay out how this works, and how you can define your own gravity field that can pull you forward instead of pulling you down!
